Phrases to be learnt (During HE Wednesday)
1. I learnt that one can never escape the arms of justice and we should always be responsible for our own actions.
2. I quickly fished out my mobile phone from my pocket and punched the numbers “999” to call for the police.
3. Within minutes, the siren of the police car followed by the ambulance filled the air.
4. The reckless driver got his license revoked and was sentenced to five years of jail.
5. The cars were in a total wreck. Glass fragments were shattered all over the road.

Opening Phrases
Dear Students,
As the SA2 Paper 1 is due next Wednesday, I would like you to remember one opening phrase today

Thin veils of clouds hung in the sky. It was hot that even the concrete ground radiated heat. After a long day at school, I trudged home wearily, lugging my heavy backpack. My whole body ached in protest but I forced myself to go on. I could not wait to get home to the comfort of an air-conditioned room.
